Helen Mirren gave Russell Brand a bath on Tuesday, in the name of art.
The pair are currently filming a remake to the 1981 movie 'Arthur' together. Mirren plays the butler-esque role, which won Sir John Gielgud an Oscar in the original.
On Tuesday Brand tweeted the below photo with the caption,
At last. A bath from Helen Mirren. Never has getting clean been more dirty.

…and that’s when it hit Jay; it was another sabotage attempt from the Vikings’ defense, and the ball was chalk full of plastique explosives. “Flee offensive line,” he shouted. “Flee; for we cannot afford even the slightest hampering of your skills!” As Olin sprinted for his life, Jay heaved the ball away from any bystanders in heroic fashion. “It’s those bastards Jared Allen and Cedric Griffin again; they’re just scared. But fear not, for we shall rue the day.” Cutler said after the incident. Frank Omiyale was available for comment afterward, but reporters just walked right past him, as most do.

Winning a Heisman trophy and multiple NCAA championships doesn’t prevent a rookie NFL player from getting hazed – just ask Denver Broncos quarterback Tim Tebow!
His Bronco teammate LenDale White tweeted the above photo of the infamously religious Tebow sporting a partly shaved head and looking like Urban Friar. LenDale captioned the picture by saying “Look at tebow new hair style lmao… Loks good ROOK!!!!!!!!”
That’s a dandy padre ‘doo but my favorite cloistered NFLer is, and will always remain, the great Art Monk.
With all these distractions, I don’t know how Tim Tebow is ever going to finish putting together his NFL Gamebay Kit or memorizing his Gameday Flowchart!
(I wonder if this means the NFL will look into instating a Friar Tuck rule.)
A simple internet search can end web pages of speculation:
www.ufoevidence.org…
…Two of them are seen here following Lysanders aircraft of the RAF during World War II in Europe.
I consider this photo genuine. I've come across it in UFO literature since the 70's, many UFO researchers/books have used it and sourced it.
Then remains the question, what does the photo portray?
If you think about it, the picture frame is centered between two aircraft. The photographer therefore did not intend to photograph any of them. The
photo is centered at the two bright spots in between the aircraft. You can therefore deduce that the photographer intentionally photographed them, and
reduces the possibility that this is just some type of reflection that appeared while photographing the aircraft.
Also, you see a bright, cloudy sky in the background, and two dark aircraft silhouettes. But the two unknown objects are brighter than the sky,
indicating that they have an internal light source.
Every Latin Jazz scene has a group of musicians that serve as the rocks upon which the whole scene is built. These musicians often sit in the background of the bigger picture, rarely calling attention to themselves and preferring to support the scene’s well-known band leaders. While they almost always receive some sort of feature spot in concerts, for the most part, they remain in a supportive role. It’s never for a lack of musicianship; these individuals generally carry the largest musical tool bags that you’ll ever see. They simply prefer the job of the sideman, and they throw every bit of their energy into bringing their employers’ music come alive. Some musicians see this role as their calling in life, and they spend their whole career shaping the sound of their musical niche through work with a variety of artists. Other musicians reach a point where they want to make their own statements, and they want their own personalities to be in the spotlight. When these super sidemen become band leaders, exciting things almost inevitably occur, leading to years of musical sparks.
Paul and Marc van Wageningen - the VW Brothers - spent years supporting the best band leaders on the San Francisco Bay Area’s lively Latin Jazz scene, making the leap into the band leader role this year with their release Muziek. Born and raised in Amsterdam, both Paul and Marc found their way into music at an early age, Paul playing drums and Marc grabbing the bass. Eventually the brothers pushed their skills to a higher level, digging into studies at the Amsterdam Conservatory of Music. Inspired by the thrill of American jazz, Paul left Amsterdam in 1976 to find a place in the hot bed of jazz, New York City. He eventually made the cross country move out to the San Francisco Bay Area, encouraging his brother to join him in 1980. Both musicians quickly found ample work in the Bay Area, settling into a specialization in the region’s busy Afro-Cuban music scene. Paul became a valued member of percussionist John Santos’ Machete Ensemble, breaking new ground with the group’s smart combination of Afro-Cuban folklore, dance music, jazz, and contemporary ideas. Along the way, he also recorded with pianist Rebeca Mauleón, trombonist Wayne Wallace, flautist John Calloway, pianist Mark Levine, and many more. Marc moved in and out of the Latin music world, finding a long line of work with funk supergroup Tower Of Power, Latin Jazz guitarist Ray Obiedo, fusion keyboardist George Duke, and countless other artists. Both musicians became important pieces of Latin Jazz legend Pete Escovedo’s ensemble, recording on several of the percussionist’s recording and touring the world with his group. After years of sitting in the background Paul and Marc joined gathered a group of the Bay Area’s strongest musicians to record Muziek, the first recording to bear the name VW Brothers. The album highlights strong compositions from Marc, placing the brothers in a musical setting that smartly pulls together bits of Latin music, funk, fusion, and straight ahead jazz. As expected, after years of supporting world class musicians, the VW Brothers have plenty of musicality to spare, delivering an impressive project in their first outing as leaders.
The San Francisco Bay Area owes massive appreciation to all of the musical contributions from the VW Brothers over the years, with Muziek serving as another step in the right direction. The VW Brothers have taken their new music across the Bay Area this summer, performing in a number of venues with an outstanding group. LJC Correspondent Francis DeLeon caught the VW Brothers Quartet performing as part of the Stanford Jazz Workshop, giving us these fantastic pictures for today’s Latin Jazz Photo Album. The heart of the Bay Area Latin music scene lies with these guys, so check out their music - enjoy!

I bought this several weeks ago when it was on sale. I am happy with it. The footage it produces is very good, the low light performance, while not great, is acceptable. It is very small and very easy to use, and the optical image stabilizer is fantastic.

Weddings are, in a sense, like people- no two are alike. In each one there is something different, but there is also always a sense of beauty. Some people dream of being married in the sunlight of the morning, surrounded by the liveliness of a garden. Others want a night ceremony along the coast. Even though a certain style, decor, or fashion may seem beautiful to one couple, it most likely won't be the choice of another. Whatever the case may be, wherever or however the wedding is performed, it is always beautiful in the eyes of someone. Scott Robert Lim is a master of using his camera to capture this beauty for people to admire.
Scott Robert Lim has been studying photography for over 20 years now. These past five years, however, he’s been working as a very successful professional wedding photographer based in Monrovia, California. He photographs around twenty to twenty-five weddings a year, and travels nationwide. His style mixes both portrait and photojournalism, both of which that are popular in wedding photography. Photojournalism focuses on capturing the emotion and moment, while the portrait style is more formal and the spotlight is on people. The pictures seem to portray life at its fullest, and it is obvious to the viewer that he does not lose any focus on the human experience. The end result is a creation of unique style that is becoming more in demand today. This passion Scott has for his work is drawn from his desire to view his wedding photography as an art form.
After shooting a wedding, Scott uses his exceptional skills of digital enhancement to further amplify the beauty of his imagery. He also teaches photography tips on his website, and even runs his own seminars on how to edit photos professionally.
In his free time, Scott enjoys raising his two children with his wife, Stacey. He is also involved in his church, San Fernando Valley Holiness.
Scott has numerous websites, on which you can learn about photography, stay updated on his latest work, or contact him:

WATERFORD (LALATE) – PHOTOS. Aimee Louise Sword (aka Aimee Sword) has pleaded guilty of having relations with her son. Aimee Louis Sword (myspace pictures below) used Myspace and Facebook pics to connect with the teenage son she gave up for adoption after birth.
Today Sword is 36, her son 16. She reportedly had been getting photo updates from the teen’s adoptive parents each year. The teen lived in Grand Rapids. But when she didn’t get a picture after he turned 14 in 2008, Sword acted differently. She took to Facebook and Myspace to search out her son.

Her attorney Mitchell Ribitwer explains what happened next. “When she saw this boy, something just touched off in her — and it wasn’t a mother-son relationship, it was a boyfriend-girlfriend relationship.”
“Aimee’s searching for a reason why this happened. She can’t understand it. She’s going to get some counseling.”

Sword worked at the makeup counter in Macy’s. She was first charged with four crimes, but pleaded guilty to one count. She claimed she had relations with the teen once, investigators said it happened multiple times. The boy reported the incident to a counselor who then contacted police.
meanwhile ,over at L Chat, they are on day 2 and page 40 of analyzing 1 picture of BloHo and SamBo out to dinner:
“The picture shows Samantha Ronson wanted to hold Lindsay's hand, but Lindsay is too shy to show her affections in public! LOL”
“funny, but I wonder if they might have been holding hands just before the pic was taken, because for one, they're walking on opposite sides in the other pics we had, and not only did they change sides, but Sam changed hands holding the keys.”
“but then again, something's strange…. the bracelets Lindsay's wearing were on her right arm in yesterday's pics, but on her left in this one.”
